Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and holidays it can take a little longer, and we will email you if it does.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time starts once your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can add time.

Free shipping

Orders over $75 ship free in the US. For other countries, any free-shipping offer is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes, and carrier handling fees. Where possible, these are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If they are not collected at checkout, the carrier may charge you before or at delivery, and they are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can also add delivery time.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us right away if you need to fix it, and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or more than 10 business days past its estimate, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to make it right.

Changes and cancellations

We can change or cancel an order only before it ships. Email peter@avriofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number.
