We ship worldwide through our trusted fulfillment partners. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

Our promise

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Wrong size or changed your mind

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
  
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost, and you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return

1. Email peter@avriofficial with your order number, the item, and the reason.
2. We reply within 2 business days with a return label or address.
3. Ship the item back with your order number inside the package.
4. Once we receive it, we process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs and international duties are non-refundable, except on damaged or incorrect items.
